Title: "I get special treatment because my kid is so cute"

Seriously... I do! I took Nelida (14 months) to the Med Center this week because she had a really high fever. Even when she is sick she is still super charming. She flirts with her fellow babies and shares her toys with strangers everywhere we go. It's stinkin cute.
We were sitting in the waiting room and she was doing her thing. She kept running into the center of the room to stop and smile. She would slowly rotate to make sure everyone could get a good view. Even the nurses were peaking through the desk to absorb some of her charm.
They finally called us to the triage room and they took her temperature and all that, and I then prepared to go back to the waiting room. The nurse then asked us if we would like to go play in the physical therapy room instead. Fo shizzle, lady! There are bouncy balls in there and exorcize bikes and all kinds of other goodies a 1 year old loves.
While we were playing in our personal waiting room, the nurses would visit and snuggle with my cute child.

It was great. I felt like a celebrity.

(there is supposed to be a picture above this, hope it works)

Today I received the free shampoo and conditioner that I am trying through BzzAgent. For those of you who don't know, BzzAgent is a company that helps other companies advertise and test their new products. If you are a BzzAgent, you get free products in the mail, and all you have to do is use them and then tell your friends. So here it goes:

This product is supposed to heal my poor damaged hair. (Good luck to you, Garnier) There are all kinds of fancy oils and moisturizers to make it shine like the brightest star.

I used it for the first time this afternoon, and so far I think it will do. It smells kind of like bubblegum. Not so sure if I like that... but hey, it might grow on me.  My hair feels very smooth. I am in dire need of a haircut, so it was kind of hard to comb out, but that is not unusual.

We will see how it works out. I will shampoo and condition for a couple more days and then post the results. Hopefully my hair will be voluminous and perfect by next Wednesday. Fingers crossed.
